Bruce, I wasn't questioning where the money came from to do the buyback and pay the dividend. What I was questioning is why they didn't use that money to fund operations instead of selling stock at a 30% discount. If this 30% discounted stock was being dumped on the market at the same time we were buying at market, where is the logic.
