Hi Laura,
I guess it's just time to wait. I hope we have established some support at .075 and maybe continue to inch up slowly. Maybe even a gap up in the morning. We shall see.

I'm still waiting for the news of either START or contracts- this little bump may show that things are happening. I'm optimistic but cautious.
