Thankyou Mr Metals for posting this release. My interpretation is one
that places the fault with company management and it would appear that
criminal charges could result from these findings. What is obscure to
me is the responsibility of the regulatory agencies in these findings
and whether they can be approached from the point of view of legal
responsibility. Recovery of anything from former management may well
cost more than could be gained in the process but an opinion from the legal community in regards to the actions of the regulatory bodies
could well prove interesting on behalf of investors. A legal opinion should not be too expensive and what we need is someone in the Bay
street area to locate a respectable law firm that will act on our
behalf. We also need to have an idea of how many are interested in a class action suit and will contribute a few dollars to obtain a legal
opinion here. I would suggest that if someone can approach a legal firm and establish an account on our behalf we could commence with the
collection of a fund with donations to be sent to that firm. I am
three thousand miles from bay street but my visa has travelled further at times. The question for me is do we have someone in the Vancouver B.C. area willing to start the ball rolling? I would also add that further actions taken by authorities may prove very interesting and
could be beneficial to investors. We need some ideas here as to what is the best approach for us to take as a group.
