Dear Dave - Revenue look good, so at least that lends some impetus that last Q was an anomaly and she is on track to recovery. Earning is inline; however, given the negative perception, maybe it is awash with a positive bias. This is a good outcome all around. While BAY shareholders may hope for a better ratio, .6 of NT is not bad. And NT shareholders should feel NT has overpaid <G>.

I am hoping someone who listens to the CC will provide a concise summation. TIA.

If it is not addressed in the CC, this minor mystery of moving up the earning date is a curious puzzle. Maybe Mr House wants to be a head of the Super Tuesday <g>, but leaping in front of NT release is also a possibility [personally I don't think it has to do with Uncle Al's Hawkin-Humphrey.]

Will see

best, Bosco
