ADOT is not a private Company and shareholders have a right to know as much as legally possible about the firm they have their money in. I am invested in several companies, do not like to make myself a pest, but I do like to keep on top of things and be able to ask questions of my investment. Shareholders have a right to know and ask questions.
What, you like to hide your head in the sand, guess what end is exposed in that case.
naivety runs ramped.
Don't you have a responsibility to yourself and your investment???
Maybe its just my journalistic instinct to stand up and not be afraid to ask questions...and not be afraid to ruffle a few feathers on my own behalf.

<<It's not the headache time/expense of IPO's or a reverse-merger or even SEC filings, it's having to deal with shareholders>>

Kurt, that's the reason why many companies have either a public relations or stockholder services department. So the execs/officers don't have to deal with it! I realize that a private company doesn't need this type of department, but any public company that values its shareholders does. ;>)
