Here is my gut feeling on the float. I think that over 8 million shares are being held by investors right now. Well over 4 million are in long term investors hands incase this things goes totally crazy.

If fntn gets over bought then being oversold is imminent

Hi Bill, I think that these are two very different questions. See my answers below each: > Do you think that the shares that have been accounted for in the "Lurkers Corner" about 6,000,000 are in the hands FNTN investors who are long and will not sell their shares in the near future? No. We are approaching a psychological barrier for some investors. Some have now tripled their money and will at the very least sell half. Others will be content with the recent 50% +/- rise and will sell. I would estimate (purely on gut feel) that roughly 1/4 to 1/3 of those shares are 'at risk'. Further, I have a real problem with this count to begin with. No one has come up with an "I sold xxx shares" statement as far as I know. I simply do not believe during the time that the count has been going, shareholders as fickle as BB investors - even FNTN investors <g> - have not liquidated some of their holdings. > Do you think that the shares that have been accounted for in the "Lurkers Corner" about 6,000,000 are playing a part in driving the price of the stock up because are not available to the market place? Definitely. See my earlier post regarding the low float. But, as above, the pressure to sell will increase exponentially with the rise in price - assuming it happens - and we'll start to see some volatility from those who have held from the $0.30 levels. This may not be your investing style or mine, but we would be foolish not to acknowledge that some early investors will contribute to near term price gyrations if the overall trend is up. Mike

Bill: In answer to your double question
(re: siliconinvestor.com

Question <<Do you think that the shares that have been accounted for in the "Lurkers Corner" about 6,000,000 are in the hands FNTN investors who are long and will not sell their shares in the near future?>>

Answer: No.. and yes. If I had to come up with numbers, I'd guess that 2 million of those shares will be sold at an average of $1.50. I also would comment that a substantial portion of the shares owned by SI thread members are being held "long." Substantial could mean the remaining 66% or 4 million shares will be held to $4.00-7.00 range. Perhaps as much as 2 million held beyond 7.00 (if we're fortunate enough to see that value again). In the event of a meteoric, Internet-style climb, these figures could be much higher on the long/long side. For 2/3rds of the thread's shares to be held to $4.00 or more qualifies these shares as LONG.

Question #2: Do you think that the shares that have been accounted for in the "Lurkers Corner" about 6,000,000 are playing a part in driving the price of the stock up because are not available to the market place?

Answer: Yes! It's doing a tremendous amount in keeping the price stable (Today's action is still a mystery. I'm hoping that there was a lot of outside buying going on). For a small cap, FNTN is not in over-abundant supply. Thanks to Harry, we now know that. As a matter of fact, we may be the most potent element in FNTN's current survival arsenal.

General consensus would suggest that even the more conservative and skeptical among us realize that FNTN could be a home run. Make that a Grand Slam! If 66% of the current (known) SI holdings are still tucked away after the stock passes $1.50, I think the longs will have their day.

It is virtually impossible NOT to go long on a stock of this price. I agree with you on both of your questions and answers, Bill. I have NO plans to sell anytime soon, the possibilities of a big upside far far outweigh what i would get out of it if i were to sell it today. Like almost all of you, i am willing to sit tight and take my small chances of 'losing' vs. my greater chances of having to pay a large capital gains tax this year or next year..........

Hi Bill,
To answer your two questions here is my take:
1 - I believe there has been enough warning or should I say enlightenment on this thread about selling prematurely, however, I think some 20-30% will be trying to make profits along the way from 1.5 to $3, for their own justified reasons, paying bills for instance.. Having said that with the potential this baby has, I believe this is really healthy in the sense that this stock will be shifting to hands that will hold it to new highs every time it moves from one hand to the other..

For every one selling @$1.5 or 2 there will be a buyer that will not sell until it fulfils his expectation limit, say $4-$6 and then gets to another stronger hand that will hold it higher.. And so on.

This does not mean that price will not be affected, but think about differently that the stock will continue getting in to stronger hands all the way up.

2 - Somewhat YES IMO, but this rise could mean that it is getting more visibility and attention from people who were just watching the stock and waiting for the right moment to jump in. Don't forget that there is still equal amount of shares floating in the market that we don't know any thing about their owners.

BTW just out of curiosity one of the condition of being listed on NASDAQ is to have at least two MM's trading the stock, please correct if I am wrong. Are these MM's supposed to help increasing the share price or just for their own trading game profits??.. The reason why, is in the past few sessions I noticed when price was about to fall during the trading session or especially at closings there were very small trades at ASK to give the final last touch or spike.. Comments are appreciated..

As for me, I`ve got my claws all over it and will not give it up until ...I don't know..... But for sure not in the low or mid $100's range.

Best regards and good luck to all in the coming rides.
