Does anybody know when they have to file with SEC? I think they have until the 10th of the following month of their sell/buy; max of 41 days after.

ndoubleac, The latest proxy statement (May 29, 1998) shows an insider holding for about 8.7%. Is it possible that managers and directors are buying in the open market? In January 98, PG Narayanan bought 32,819 shares which is included in the 8.7%. I cannot tell about the impact of the $12 mil announcement. Rational
