I consider and have always considered the "$23 USD offer" a rumor only. I have never seen anything to substantiate this. A few people believed this rumor and many more chose to ignore it. I don't know where the source of this rumor was. I guess we will never know and this is not material right now. Crystallex is far from being in a hole. As with many other corporations with several projects on the table, the Company has encountered an obstacle with one of its projects. The Company may decide that its chances are nil or it may decide to take anyone of several other possible courses of action. We will have to wait for the Board of Director decision. Meanwhile, I understand that the Company has NOT come to a standstill and the whole Company is NOT on vacation! With respect to Jerry, the fact that he appears to be paid to post here is, in itself, quite unusual! He has not chosen to deny this.

Charred.. No...I do not blame Collins for KRY's loss at all. It is just his putrid style of journalism that I despise...oh..ok..I despise the little ferret too!! Ironic situation..don't you think... Here he is, taking pride in covering the "KRY promotion" and he is obviously still here to uncover part 2...ie. the promoters...and yet everyone hates him. Tell me something , if you were an investor who lost money and here comes this "journalist" who says that this is all a promotion and makes it his quest to uncover the promoters, would you not be trying to help him in any way that you could..ie. identifying posters etc. Especially in light of the fact that there is a lawsuit against KRY and the lawyers have stated , according to CSW, that the internet promotion may become a part of the suit. Why do you suppose no one is doing so?? I suggest to you it is because no one trusts the ferret...they have seen him twist things around...they have seen him falsely accuse people...they have seen him try to spread his BS all over..they have seen him steal Carson's VMI mailings...they have seen him challenge people and only RUN AWAY when push came to shove..and the list goes on and on.. The fact that most...especially those that lost $$$ just wish him to wallow in his own feces says a lot about him and his writings...does it not?? Conversely, the exact opposite can be said of Carson...sure there are people ticked off at him...but generally speaking, he has the support of many...why? Because over these months, I think that the people who gave him a chance, saw and understood that he was genuine in his efforts to help us understand this play. Sure he was wrong an some things..(as mentioned, I have argued with him about certain points on several occasions)....and of course, considering his dedicated readership, I think it was possibly irresponsible of him to print information from "reliable sources" without confirming the reality behind their statements...but put aside the colours, the various fonts, his style of writing...and what you have a very decent person. I find it curious that except for Excalibur, all those who are flaming and cursing Carson were either short or had no position. Where are all of these people who lost money because of all of these "lies" Carson supposedly printed? Can you think of one logical reason why they would not be flaming him?? Think about this.... This play has been filled with twists and turns but this one is a classic...LOL...poor Jerry...a loser on the forum...and quite obviously a loser in life. No wonder he does not want to be involved in one-up-manship on the forum..it is because he always ends up at the bottom of the heap. LOL AV PS. BTW...why do you think it is that the CSW reporter did not ask the lawyers in the suit against KRY the obvious question...how can they expect their case to hold up when one judge, through her dissenting opinion, essentially gave validity to KRY's claims or at the very least showed that there was reason for the KRY BoD to hold the hopes that they did. The suit claims that KRY and MO knowingly spread false information...well, the dissenting judge's opinion seems to indicate that their hopes and comments were not really as far off or as outrageous as the claimants make it seem.
