Bob,

Sexuality is NOT a vital human function. If it were then all the monks and nuns would be dead. This lawsuit was probably started by a Pfizer shareholder. It is ridiculous and absurd. If the judge ruled against OXHP then you can bet that the other insurers would do whatever it takes to see Viagra pulled off the shelves for safety reasons. They simply won't pay for a drug that has such an expensive abuse potential for a non vital function.
