Can someone please tell me roughly how much cash per share S3 has? Also what is market cap as a percent of sales? Thanks in advance.

George,

Still lurking.

Obviously, the company is still performing as was anticipated last year.

Question is will Savage eventually trigger a change for the better?

If fab valuation levels still hold up to the levels at which they sold 1/3,
we are currently trading at abt the value of S3's fab investment.
The rest of the company is for free, so why these depressed levels?

I can only assume the market want to see some good financials to justify
buying into S3 again.

Evidently, this is a sick segment of the industry. If S3, arguably the
largest player is having these type of problems, one can only wonder what
the entire segment is having to go through. My guess is that consolidation
is not too far away.

JMHO
