You nailed it right on the head. PATIENCE!!

I found AVNT first when it was at like $9 a share after getting killed from the initial CDN legal action. I spoke with a friend and he told me to stay away from it (going long). I watched it march back up to about $30. I said to myself, this is rediculous and started shorting at $29. By the time it reached $36, my friend was saying, well, on the short side, with these prices... you may be right.

But by that time, the legal issues were obvious, the rulings not so good. But at that point, I was way down and out of margin. Then, Ansensio came along and saved my butt with his sell rec. I held almost everyone of those shares until the low 20's and some down to 16.

All through that ordeal, I kept telling my friend. I can wait. I have patience. When you are shorting a wounded bird or outright fraud, all you need is patience.......and margin.
