The projects are in regards to PeopleSoft related. They currently are in need of 100 IT workers with PeopleSoft experience. ISM is the global arm of IBM in regards to outsourcing.

CGI already has a presence in the USA through the acquisition of a small IT services firm that they made several years ago. That firm operated in the New England area. Originally, the focus was on providing software development and support to organizations using AS400 equipment. Later the emphasis moved to systems integration related to the steel industry in Central/South America and the USA. I'm not sure what they are doing at this time.
