REFAC EXPLOSION? REF had an upside price-volume alert today. REF is licensing a basic data compression technology patent for modems, and already signed agreements with LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES, Rockwell Int'l, Xircom etc. I was told that MICROSOFT will go to arbitration this September, and other major telecommunication and modem manufacturing corporations will follow. Does anyone know if these agreements could translate into earnings of $4 per share, $15 per share, $25 EPS or higher? Could REFAC be on the verge of an UPSIDE EXPLOSION as other licensing deals are announced?

Hi Mark,

The full transcript can be read on Yahoo message board from today (posted in 3 separate messages).

Maybe the move has to do with Pyloricide and the 30 day waiting period after the IND application to the FDA.

REF traded more than $2 million today.
