Charger:

I am open for debate, but will tell you I do know how complex business is because I started a very successful one from scratch in a field no one had ever thought about.

Now, if Jerry is so smart and his intentions were not to deceive then why wasn't a retraction of the original 50MM sales projection published immediately...

Also, why has he stuck his head in the sand and played Ostrich when he has been back from the trip for a considerable time? In addition he failed to return calls to most everyone, including GREG.

I can tell you that Greg has been constantly trying to contact Jerry, to no avail.

This Charger is not how a business is run, especially those that have investor's involved.

So, if Jerry is an attorney, he thinks he is either very smart, or we are very dumb. And for one, I'll tell you that he's not the smartest shareholder in the company.

As for Markox, I did PM him, twice I believe. Either there is static on the line or he is hiding under a new assumed identity. I hope he reads this post and shows up like a man. I trust no one on SI that I haven't gone eye-to-eye with. Some I trust less than others.

Something stinks here and it isn't fish. Someone wants our shares cheap and aren't getting mine. I'll flush the money before I give in to strong arm tactics. --GARY-- Waiting for the next debater.

"I finally got impatient with another stock and sold only to have the stock double from where it was the very next day!!!!"

That has happened to me too many times. Maybe I should sell all my shares tomorrow so the rest of you can make a big profit when the price goes up on wednesday! :)

I think we have several factors here:

1. A press release that was optimistic to be point of being incorrect.

2. Delays in getting the audited financials (which would lend a certain degree of credibility to BLHG.

3. A new IR firm that has been kept in the dark about too many things and therefore has not been able to help the investors.

4. A company that thus far has not been responsive to its shareholders.

All of these problems can be resolved. The questions is, will they resolve them? Will they (BLHG) work to restore shareholder value? So far they haven't demonstrated a willingness to do this. Hopefully they will and things will turn around.
