Gary, this thread has been discussing a topic of general interest and no one has assassinated or accused anyone of anything. Why are you twisting what has been posted to suit your sick needs?

<<All this which hunting is absurd along with all this character assassinating, but hey, people are people.>>

As to anyone purchasing stock directly from a company; no one sees a problem with this. So why twist what is said?

If a promoter or an insider, who is posting and performing company tasks has taken a private placement of stock directly from the company, there is no problem; as I see it; <IF> this stock was actually paid for and a receipt or bank records can be produced. So what is your problem with this. Stop trying to create "witches" that just don't exist.

Like I said before if your receipts and bank records are in order and you have indeed paid for your stock in the open market; why are you continuing to hammer on the subject? If you did nothing wrong stop insinuating otherwise; no one has accused you or anyone else of anything.

Ya know, my grandpa used to have a famous saying that usually fit pretty good; if the shoe fits; wear it. If not drop it the pity party.

I feel we had a productive discussion on a topic that is long past due and you did much to contribute to it. Shuck's you brought out some interesting points that I am sure is news to many. For instance you make mention of actual contracts that are offered and what the contract contains. In fact you are appear extremely well versed in this area.

Lets continue to address any and all issues in an open and honest forum without taring and feathering anyone. You seem to be taring and feathering yourself. Why?

Dusty

Companies that offer private offering do it hoping to get long term investors not day traders.

BINGO!!! Daytraders won't go near a private offering.....most offerings are only made to long and strong investors because that is what MOST companies are looking for....investors who will hold the ups and downs and hold until a 10, 20, 30 bagger is reached is what companies need in order for their stock to be able to hold new levels, instead of falling back to where they originally were after a run...

plus it helps companies raise cash without having to dump shares into the open market
