Hi Robin Hood, Sorry for the delay - we've been working on a new proxy for the Annual Report, so I wanted to give you some updated numbers. How many options do management and employees have and at what strike prices? There are roughly 2.7 mm options outstanding, most of which belong to management, employees and directors with a few being granted to outside fiscal agents, consultants etc. Strike prices range from $1.30 to $2.40, with the majority of the options exerciseable in the $1.65 - $1.85 range.
