I once had (notice HAD) a friend that was a broker for ML, I owned SNPX (now BAY) and it was falling like a rock, I kept asking what happened, what's going on, he didn't have a clue. I had taped the cable station KWHY and when I got home that night it said that SNPX was downgraded, the kicker is that it was none other than ML that down graded it, you know the place that gives him his paycheck via our wallets.
