John, Thanx for stopping by the thread. 1) Not quite sure what your asking relative to relationship with Motorola. Status? Good? Bad? What it is that MOT buys from CPSX? I do know, and I am sure you do as well, that MOT is a big time player in the cellular & digital phone biz. The latest 10-K (April '98) does not give the mix of how much of the biz is geared toward PCS vs. Sattelite Comm vs. Motor Controllers. I do like the biz they are in though, IMO they are strategically placed to take advantage of the next revolution, the information revolution. 2)Most of the exercisable options expired in March of 1998. I believe all the shares were exercised and included in calculating the latest share info relative to outstanding, float, etc. based on the charts for that time frame. I look forward to your pick.
