Dear "BuzzVA" Please refer to Frank's response to your question in the FTel thread. I agree with what Frank said. Just understand that everybody is not going to install 5ESS, DMS-250 or AXE just to get interoperability between two carriers offering IP Telephony Services. I would suggest that if you are not already a subscriber of The Pulver Report ( pulver.com ) that you consider subscribing.
