With respect to potential GMGC revenues.......I learned, or rather confirmed, today that the residual commission structure for resellers is for a period of 4 years only. After the expiration of 4 continuous years of Portico service for any given account, ALL residuals revert back to GMGC. This has HUGE potential, when you consider that GMGC will then be benefiting from an extra 12-13% revenue (gravy) after this 4 year period of time on each account. As for ongoing an new accounts, the resellers will continue getting the up-front spiffs on each new activation along with compounding residuals for 48 months. Thus, the resellers stand to make mucho $$$$ if they can successfully sell Portico.

[I also understand that the maximum residuals/commissions to resellers for gross Portico revenue over $10,000 will be 14%.]

P.S. I understand that GMGC is requiring its Authorized Resellers to activate 5,000 to 10,000 new Portico accounts during the first 12 months in order to qualify for a continued relationship with GMGC as an authorized resellers. How about that?

Austin, have you verified this yet? Given the announcement of 52 resellers this morning, that would be about 250,000 to 500,000 subscribers by July of next year. Please let us know if you've been able to verify this. Thanks.
