"...options traders are still buying puts, as 2,137 of the August 90
puts have traded. This would imply that CSCO shares may have further
room to run."

Digging a little deeper into the Aug near-the-money options volumes:

Strike Calls Puts
------ ----- ----
100 7096 1055
105 8171 1777
----- ----
total 15267 2832

This is a 1:5.4 put-to-call ratio. Anything over 2 is sometimes
considered bearish from a contrarian perspective, since once all
the bulls are committed who's left to make it go higher?
