Chip, Can you see if these numbers are correct? I lookded up from various sources but I wanted you to verify them. end of June Shares outstanding: 17 mil shares float: 10 mil short interest: 2 mil Please let me know if they are incorrect or outdated. If these numbers are correct, then I guess TDFX is an extremely shorted stock. Thanks. jrc2

Chip, You're absolutely correct. Personally, I'm looking out at a minimum for 4Q earnings. This activity over the last month is somewhat inconsequential. The traders have played this pretty well as a pump, dump and short. I've spent quite a bit of time researching their activity. The smart ones have largely left TDFX and have moved on to other targets that report earnings this week and the next. The most unfortunate part is that there were some investors that couldn't take the swings, sold and lost. As a point of perspective, I'm not a gamer and am certainly not in love with the technology. I look at this as purely an investment opportunity and TDFX's business model looks solid. They have to execute and there is some risk there, but there is with all investing. Best Regards, Jim
