Preliminary data from "PC Data" for June. K6 & K6-2 grabbed 34.8% of total PC Desktop sales, over 50% of sub-1K sales. Trend of Total Desktop PC Sales using AMD Processors March 23.5% April 21.7% May ????? June (prelim.) 34.8% Most likely, the June AMD sales will be revised UP, since K6-2 systems only became available late in the period.
