VS ....<Am I misunderstanding what you are saying?> Answer: Apparently so. In the first quarter I expect an increase in revenues. In the second quarter I look for black ink. The 4th qtr of 98 and the 1st QTR of 99 will most likely reflect heavy expenditures for capital equipment in addition to the what I refer to as the fixed burn rate (overhead) of about $400k per month. AS we enter into the 2nd QTR, I feel we should be more in line with my $400k per month of fixed expenditures. Assuming that same period will be reflecting the deployment and ventures that since gone on line. Yes you are correct, revenues do not equal profit. But as usual your lack of detail and slant are misleading. Reread my post and you will see that I clearly stated them as revenues. You will also notice that I refer to about eight contracts needed to meet my projections. For illustration purposes only, lets say that each contract brought $100k a month in revenues. And lets also assume that 30% goes to the venture partner. Leaving approximately 550k per month. Even if we were to deduct $500k per month (taking into consideration more employees since you wanted to site that as an example) there would still be a margin of profitability. Note: I use 30% because you don't want to forget the domestically deployed pops into our own network and the WCOM co-location agreement which would allow us a higher degree of profit. Nor would you want to forget about the wholesale bulk minutes that we will sale to other third parties, with little overhead involved....oops forgot about that little ditty, hey? But then again, I don't think you ever really understood the communications sector, or even have a clue as to what Franklin is building here. Spend some time reading about the switch capacity. Also consider the target market, corporations. What better way to have your partners offer compatibility then to offer use of a Franklin DVG. So as the months trickle by we will see who is correct. I still believe. I may be wrong, but it is not your twisted tongue that will prove me wrong. As you can see I have put it all out here, why don't you do the same. Let us see your analysis, your projections, your understanding of the industry. Remember projections are just that, projections. Have 10 analysts projections submitted and you will have 10 different results. That is why they refer them as analyst consensus. Where's yours? Actually I will stick by my earlier post. As I feel FTEL/FNET will be putting on-line more than just the 8 ventures I gave as example. Wrong, sure I may be wrong, as I am only human. But I won't be chastised by someone who hides behind a moniker, and has yet to have anything to offer but distorted negativity. A person that is quoted as stating " And watch out! I can manipulate stocks to do what I want them to do, and I want FTEL to go down." You fail to take into account the profitability in foreign calls or the number of potential ventures that may be waiting in the wings. For better than a half year I have listened your redundant BS asking "where's the storm of sales?" My suggestion to you is count the contracts as they are announced, therein will lie your answer. I too will be monitoring Franklin's progress as my skin is in this game. Can you say the same? As for your constant badgering and harassment, may I suggest that if you have something negative to say about Franklin, tell Frank Peters. I'm not your whipping post. rb
