Today the shorters load up on this stock. The next day, somebody come in to pick up the shares that force the shorters to cover. Another big run thus follows.

Donald, two, 2-for-1 splits can be made with 3,005,000,000 authorized shares. Only one 3-for-1 can be made.

Perhaps my post was unclear. My point was, the frequency was more important than the higher split ratio.
I didn't mean two, 3 for 1's without another increase shares authorization vote.

I understand the mechanics of authorized share for splits. I think <GRIN>
