I would bet on the Omnifilter. Stroke prevention through the reopening of the carotid artery is a large opportunity and should gain as people move from the scraping technique to stenting.

I think the time for another atherectomy device has passed one by. These devices have generally not been too successful as the arteries seem to just clog back up. They are still being used but I doubt a huge opportunity still exists.
