To avoid any confusion ( I am clarrifing here ). The prior Claim Group name was also known as the group of eight and is not yet envolved with the WMA 8. The group emails are titled as nicknames 1)- CG1997 ( for the group of eight) and 2) CG1998 ( for the WMA8s). Just in case there is some confusion out there. For what it is worth John Cathcart is not an attorney, just a stockholder. What will happen to IPM and the company, I have no idea. But what I do know, is that the dirt is good and so is all the Eagletail Mountain Dirt and Plain Dirt around it. See the MGAU News Release Yesterday, that mentions the Galleon Dirt and the FUTURE tresting program for studying that dirt. All that dirt is good dirt ( I assume here and is located on 3+ sides of our ( group of eight dirt ) dirt- White Rock. ( Actually group of 4 and friends dirt! Now that IS confusing but that is alright ). There is another group that has in June expanded the Dirt around WR. That group has given ( free of charge ) a percentage of ownership to BOTH the WMA8s and the group of eight on a property Mineral Lease called White Rock Expansion. ChucaexpandedWR after Galleon expanded around us-I would like to think that they left it there intentionally ( for group of eight to claim later as we did in June) as it really fitted in on 3 side to WR better in our group.
