Gabe, I remember your screen name from earlier posts... In answer to your questions: Informed optimism is part of my nature as an investor ;-) Let me ask you a question: what's your take on the reason behind the company's lowering the HU-211 dosage for the third cohort of Phase II from 300 mg. to 200 mg.? (as described on their website). NeuroInvestment's answer some posts back makes sense to me. Your medical specialty would give insight too. Thanks, Ariella
