I also have wondered about the early filing of the 10-Q. I don't think I ever recall a company releasing this report before the general release of quarterly earnings. I do know that when companies start DELAYING reports, the end result is usually bad news. Your explanation seems very plausible.

I don't think accounting is in a mess, but as you indicate, just a building of reserves.

I do like the fact that they have moved back into a positive cash flow situation and earlier than previously indicated. I think Lee had indicated that it would be the 3rd or 4th Q before this happened. The improvement in Gross Margins is also good news. Apparently the reorder business is kicking in and giving the better results in margins.

Overall, an excellent report IMO.
