Michael, I didn't mean to be insulting about the price of the book. I know how much time and work is spent in writing and how much personal feeling is involved. I've got a backup of reading on market strategies here, so it'd be quite a while before I could get to it, so I will not consider ordering it now. I wish you success with it, and maybe I'll be free to go for it in a few months.

Thanks, too, for the other book recommendations.
