For those of you who did not see the post double-play made about his conversation with Tilton.....check this out..... To: Mr. K (2909 ) From: double-play Thursday, Jul 16 1998 4:21PM ET Reply # of 2949 I spoke to Tilton today and asked a few questions that maybe some of you may be interested in...........1. When will financials be out? They are being worked on now and they are consolidated thru june 30th., they should be out early sept. 2. There are talks of a large # of shares being held at $1.50, is there any truth to this? Yes there are around 1 to 1.5M shares being held at these prices. 3. Is the Sea Eye Project still coming alone as planned? Yes there are people working on it as we speak...it is coming along very well. 4.Where were the 4M shares taken from? He said the cancellation of the shares came from the outstanding and the free trading float. 5. Will the next nems release have any type of numbers? It is very possible. 6. What do you feel the stock price should be at? He told me at the time of the aquisition of the mall that a $3 debenture price was set on the stocks because that is what he felt the company was worth. 7. Is the company in the black? Yes I urge anyone who has questions to call Mr. Tilton at 213-398-7833. IMO this is a very undervalued stock and has knowhere to go but up from this point........as always do your own DD before you invest..........good luck..............DP
