Matt ... I will do a quick DD to see what I can find. All you need is the daily totals for a month. Yep it clearly shows the volume is increasing and the price is falling. Someone is putting shares into the market. No private placement done here. Typically the TA will tell you a lot when you do not have filings to reference. HVAR did this exact same thing volume increase even doubled and the price falls. Freddie Forte discussed TA and provided a site. It is obvious to me some is flooding the market with stock. AHIC is a classic example of a supposely 3M float which does a major volume and goes down in price. Checking the filings: UH OH a 13-D on 3-4-98 was filed fully disclosing a convertible debenture with exercise and conversion sections, Escrow Agreement, Option Agreement, Investor agreement, bridge loan, Plus shareholder promissary notes, which some people can't imagine exist. Note: pay particular attention to certain sections like the conversion sections and schedules of sells. Read the 13-D carefully I think that tells you what is going on. Just have to buy till the inventory is bought up. It was fully disclosed back in March by the way. This is just my opinion based on a quick DD scan. GB
