POPERTY DISPOSITION / Vision 2000 Exploration Ltd Sell's Pine Creek Interests VISION 2000 ANNOUNCES SALE OF PINE CREEK PROPERTY Date: 7/22/98 5:05:25 PM Stock Symbol: VNN.A Vision 2000 Exploration Ltd. has entered into an Agreement with a third party, effective July 1, 1998 to sell the Company's Pine Creek interests in the Edson area for consideration of $750,000. The Pine Creek property consists of working interests and gross overriding royalty interests in 6,720 gross and 799 net acres respectively of undeveloped land. The sale is expected to close July 29, 1998. The sale of Pine Creek will increase the Company's working capital to $1,200,000 (with no outstanding long-term debt) and not affect current cash flow or production figures. The Company plans to utilize its strong financial position to make a major acquisition establishing a new core area for Vision 2000.
