luca, I Mark has had his civil case severed from the others. The case was brought because of a promoter that they hired past.

Yes that case that names Mark Pierce has been severed from the 52 broker case in New York. No criminal charges have ever been made and the civil case on Mark is on it on by itself in the state of Colorado.. Mark resigned as an officer because of that civil case but was asked to be secretary and legal security counsel for Midland.

He was brought into case as Marisick when they hired a promoter and the promoter got caught in an SEC sting. However the promoter was not paid in stock so I am not sure what the promoter did wrong.

Since Mark and Marsick were the officers at the time the SEC named them in a civil sut to see if they made a profit during the time this promoter was hired. Mark supplied all trading logs and full disclosure when his case was severve after 90 days of notification.
