Unfortunately, I have not been able to contact the company here at work. I wish I could trade full time for a living but, alas until I have some capital infusion via a rich relative inheritance or lottery proceeds I am stuck here estimating & project managing commercial construction projects for a living. Perhaps you might call and quiz IR on share discrepancies. Possible explanations could range from options that were not exercised to accounting errors, who knows without hearing from IR or a CFO.
