I believe that it IS a steal at these prices. On the other hand, it may take quite a while before it sees its pre-debacle prices again (2-3 years). It could always dip back down as soon as this buying panic of the past few days dies down. Still, on an annual ROR basis, a ride from 16 to 43 over three years represents an annual rate of return of 39% (ignoring dividends). Personally, I'm staying long in expectation of much higher prices down the road. AAP would be in a world of hurt if China were ever to devalue, though!
