$10,913 17,461 Revs.
$7,683 14,359 Cost to make

These are the revs and margins for the respective qrtrs. It looks like increased production works against ORCTF. It is a classic case of the old joke re: "making it up in volume" . If your revenues increase dramatically your margins should spread on a % basis. They are either winning the tenders by low ball and not being able to manufacture to meet the quote or their manufacturing simply rots. Does anyone understand why their manufacturing costs are rising faster than revs.? Remember we are talking gross margins here so forget the other costs in your answer. Is this another high tech company that has good tech but doesn't know how to price and produce? This was not a stellar report. I hope they have a follow up announcement or this thing is going to drift lower.
