One small quibble....


My understanding is that *submission* to become a reporting company should happen following the end of the FY (July 31st), meaning a submission in September or October or so.


But submission merely *begins* the process as far as the SEC is concerned. Apparently this is an iterative process, with the SEC often coming back to a company and asking for more info before granting listing status.


If this is so (and I am only repeating what I have heard on this subject ... some of it from IR at TSIS), then the SEC's response may be well after September.
