One small quibble.... My understanding is that submission to become a reporting company should happen following the end of the FY (July 31st), meaning a submission in September or October or so. But submission merely begins the process as far as the SEC is concerned. Apparently this is an iterative process, with the SEC often coming back to a company and asking for more info before granting listing status. If this is so (and I am only repeating what I have heard on this subject ... some of it from IR at TSIS), then the SEC's response may be well after September. JSb.
