>>>Bottom line is that this company has not produced one single solitary contract that has
produced one cent of revenue.<<<

Your right! Now when and if they sign the Dominica deal this week, we will be on our way.

Now could you answer my question please, and post the entire e-mail you sent to GLOW? unedited of course.

T.G.W., good to see you so active thing morning! BTW, I'm sorry you were so confused by the phrase "intelligent material discourse". I guess I should have figured you'd have trouble understanding what that means. ;-)

According to Merriam-Webster. . .
maúteúriúal - 1 : of or relating to the subject matter of reasoning; especially : EMPIRICAL <material knowledge> 2 : having real importance or great consequences <facts material to the investigation>

inútelúliúgent - revealing or reflecting good judgment or sound thought : SKILLFUL

disúcourse - formal and orderly and usually extended expression of thought on a subject

Did I make this up also?. . . Am I missing something? How can a company that was in the process of being "unwound" produce revenue streams?

C'mon, T.G.W. I can tell from the content of some of your posts you have some assemblance of gray matter rolling around in your skull! Why do you continue to post deceptions? ECS wasn't "in the process of being unwound". Never was!! Go back and read the press release you posted a link to!! The closest the company ever came was "previously reporting a potential unwinding". Let me let you in on a little secret. . .shhhh, don't tell anyone. . .EVERY contract EVER SIGNED has the "potential" to "unwind".

And now for Burnt church. Notice that their webb site (http://cnet.unb.ca/nb/burnt_church/) has never been activated. Strange for a business that was projected to produce such large amounts of money.

What?!?!? Please tell me you're pulling my leg!! Let me let you in on another secret. . .shhhhh. . .long before there was the internet, businesses regularly produced "large amounts of money". This "scandal" you've reported about an Indian bingo hall that isn't even completely built yet not having a website is laughable!

Well where is the additinal information to the stockholders on the letter of intent or follow on contract?

I'm tired of arguing this one with you. Obviously, my fine feathered friend, the contract has not been signed yet!

Global Games estimates the approximate opening date of the new facility will be mid-July this year.
Well it is now well past mid-July and still no movement from the letter of intent to a signed contract.

Omigosh! Coverup! Coverup! We're 1 day past the "middle of July"! And we all know that the company's reference to "approximately the middle of July" was written with Gary's blood to mean EXACTLY the middle of July! Additionally, I'm sure there wasn't a SINGLE construction delay on the "beautiful new 600-seat facility". Delays are unheard of in the construction industry! Furthermore, I'm sure Gary has cloned himself and 1 Gary is down in Dominica finalizing that deal while the other is up in Canada finalizing Burnt Church. Good work, inspector Clouseau!

The Bingo hall must have opened without Global Games participating.

Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Wait a minute! First of all you question how a company producing such large amounts of revenue can operate without a website. Then, you just assume they are operating. Obviously, Burnt Church isn't operating yet! Their website isn't active! :-)

And now for the 20M shares of stock fiasco. The "unwinding of Wolf Key Holdings and ICE was supposed to free up 20M shares of stock "issued as part of the acquisitions of Wolf Key Holdings and ICE". Am I miscounting or shouldn't that be 26M shares (forgot to add the 6M shares renegotiated for ECS, in 2 above).

Once again, my fine feathered friend, you're putting up smoke and mirrors! The company previously announced that they "were aware that over 13 million shares had been issued for these acquisitions". In the press release, they corrected themselves by reporting ". . .Global Games ultimately allowed a total of 20 million shares to be issued as part of the acquisitions. . ."

In my opinion press releases appear to have been made with the sole intent of creating movement in the stock.

You're classic, T.G.W. You constantly ask "where are the press releases" and then you claim press releases are only made for the purpose of moving stock price. Classic doubletalk!

BTW, TGW, I'm STILL waiting on a response to my post in answer to YOUR request of ". . .everyone (to) get back to the task of discussing the merits of (investing in GLOW)."

Your best bulletin board buddy!
GO BIG RED!!!

BTW, Good luck on all your future endeavors!

Good Post T.G.W. , until now all GLOW has produced are PR's. The fact is, not one contract has been finalized, promised delivery dates have not been met, and very little substance is to be found in any of their so-called "deals".

Peace
