Just for the record. I never recall saying that I thought QC was a "target" for Lucent. I was suggesting that Lucent is very committed to CDMA and that it was proving to be an excellent ally for Qualcomm. As I have said repeatedly, I would view an acquisition of the company at this juncture to be an absolute disaster for long-term shareholders. We are too close to the payday that we have waited too long for to hand the keys to somebody else right now IMHO. Best regards, Gregg
