even though it causes an overhang in the short term, it makes sense that Allergan sell its shares. With the collaboration ended, no one would want a major competitor to have that much influence as 10x the holding of CEO.

If your going to include Allergan on the insider holdings list then you need to include the other big pharma's/partners that also own a number of LGND shares. I saw a list of them the other day and the number of shares they held but I failed to bookmark it. They most definatly would break into the top ten list.

I suspect that the David Robinson that you typed in is actually David Roberston, no relation to Robinson.
