Trader Dave, I agree. The statements in your previous post are the
the reasons why this does not happen very often in this industry
with the exception of memory and other commodity type semi products.

There are companies that are now competing with PMCS for future design
wins. I want PMCS to invest heavily in R&D and make the acquisitions
necessary to keep its position as an industry leader. I favor the
acquisition route. There are many small , privately held companies
with great products.
