Herb: I have a solid reason to
believe that Vanni Resta is a writer for a major financial
publication. If you access the posts on the FPAM board,
you will notice many posts by Vanni touting this stock. As
you know from the IOM board, Vanni has claimed to
have made a lot of money on FPAM despite the fact that
it went into bankruptcy protection yesterday, and is
currently selling for 3/16s. Vanni claimed to have made
money trading it from the high twenties all the way down.
There is a class action suit alleging fraud by the company,
and yesterday I notified the law firm of Vannie Resta's
poterntial name. Now Herb: just between us girls, let me
tell you the rest of the story. This past weekend, I obtained
the possible real name and profession of Vanni Resta.
Yesterday, I sent him a series of messages. I have
preserved these messages in print and on an Iomega Zip
so that I will be protected, even should my computer
crash. The exchange went as follows:

identity over the entire Internet. Given your
position and your history of "trades" on
FPAM, this will serve to destroy what
appears to be a very promising career in

Until now, I have hoped that you were just
a punk who has gotten too full of himself.
But should you fail to apologize to the IOM
thread, I will have no choice but to take this
matter further. I am of course, further
intrigued as to whether or not your
employer knows of your compulsive
conduct on the Internet, conduct, which can
only serve to discredit the company.
Perhaps your employer should know, since
you are spending an awful lot of time
posting under your alter ego.
I don't think you will get much support
from SI on this one, since it appears to me
that you are trying to harm SI on behalf of
your employer, which of course competes
with your company.
