Jim K......you are absolutely right....thank you for pointing this out to Janice....this should put this "issue" to bed,....unless she wants to inform the readers here that Dror is in collusion with BDO Seidman or some other such slanderous remark ...which of course she would not do without supporting evidence. :o)

Jim: So what is your point?

There has been a suggestion here that because BDO Siedman is auditing the company, they are somehow financially strong or stategically focused.

The point is they are just an audit firm, preparing an audit report. That report could be good, bad or indifferent.

And there is an interesting point to be made concerning Deloite. Auditing is subjective. Some firms are more comfortable being conservative, others are more liberal in the interpretaion of reporting requirements. Deloite was uncomfortable with Dror's prior actions. This has been spelled out in the filings provided by Janice. BDO Siedman was not uncomfortable. This leads one to believe BDO Siedman is more liberal in their interpretation of reporting requirements, providing EDII more lattitude.

THIS DOES NOT SUGGEST ANYTHING ILLEGAL IS GOING ON!!

Just clarifies the choice of auditors under the circumstances.
