Pardon my ignorance, but can't the bulletin Board stocks me manipulated just like the pinks? I was under the impression that BB stocks are influenced by the MM's. Is it to a lesser degree? Can someone please explain this to me.

I have had 2 limit orders with Waterhouse sitting there since we went pink. Just being patient and waiting. I won't move unless there is news.
