The acquisition charge is likely to be above 50 cents. Furman Selz and Monness, Crespi have both reported their estimates weeks ago and in the case of Monness, Crespi more than 6 weeks ago. As has been pointed out numerous times, the buyside is well aware of the charge and cash flow should be the determining factor. Analyst estimates are clear that thier EPS targets exclude the charge by the way. Please read all of the posts before offering your estimates. cheers, Bleeker
