Understood. And as you said, others have already speculated that LU might be interested in Q, which I had always found somwhat incredulous. Lu doesn't need Q engineering to do CDMA and they've already bought the IPR. Q manufacturing assets are "cheap" but does Lu need them? Which is why I started thinking that perhaps the phone manufacturing operation might be worth a lot more than people give Q credit for. No need to respond....dave

Post edit: just wanted to add that the mkt doesn't seem to be placing any takeout premium on Q, and that this is the type of thing the mkt is often good at..and I thought that Q IPR is not "transferable" to a hostile acquirer......d
