<<In other info., David McHam recently filed personal Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Houston Texas and showed on his schedules that he owns only 250,000 shares in KLCI. Why is he still the President of KLCI when as of his bankruptcy in April or May, he now does not own any stock in the company? >>

Where did you get this info that David McHam has only 250,000 shares of KLCI? Is it possible that he has transferred the rest to a trust or something?

In any case Don Rose is the biggest shareholder of KLCI and is doing all he can to make this company work. Dave McHam was in charge for more than two years and did absolutely nothing. I speak to Don Rose on a regular bases and looks like KLCI may soon start making money.

Please provide your source of information about Dave McHam.

TIA,
