These news reports GM is throwing out are just teasers, leading up to what is supposed to be the big event. Maybe Saachi & Saachi is playing a role in this, since their initial assignment is the Portico release. Notice that all recent PRs have indicated that "Portico is on schedule" for the July 30 launch. My belief is that the market is waiting and watching to see what transpires (resellers, launch) these next nine days before reacting.
