The top has been made.

We have seen the top in this market and 9300 on the Dow was it. Now we go into a slow decline that should see stocks come back down to earth. This time it will be the big caps and the high fliers turn to suffer the same fate that many small caps have endured the last few years--a steep decline in value, in some cases as much as 50 %.

Do yourselves a favor--go to cash, let the big institutions and the mutual fund investor take the hit.
